- Yes. Unlimited listings, no setup fee, no monthly fee, no premium-placement upsell. We don't charge agents to advertise — ever.
- Where does the sale-history data come from?
- From the Property Services Regulatory Authority's Property Price Register, which is public record. We match it to current listings by Eircode and address.
- Why does PropertySearch show price drops when other sites don't?
- Price changes are part of the public listing record. Hiding them benefits the seller, not the buyer. We show every reduction, with the date.
- Can I see properties in Northern Ireland?
- Yes — Northern Ireland listings appear alongside Republic of Ireland ones, priced in sterling where applicable.
- How do I get alerts when new homes match my search?
- Save a search from the search page. Toggle email alerts on, and we'll send you a digest when new matches appear or prices drop.
- Is my data sold to third parties?
