Using the service

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, abuse or misrepresent the platform or its listings.

Listings

Sellers and agents are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. We review listings before publication but do not warrant their accuracy. Buyers should carry out their own due diligence and use a qualified solicitor.

Property data

Historical sale prices are sourced from the Property Services Regulatory Authority's Property Price Register. BER ratings are from SEAI. We present this information for convenience and do not guarantee it is current at every moment.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
